Classes start on January 7 and end on February 11
Will take place at The PARC in Room 503

Enter from the entrance near the parking lot underneath the cover
Room is located in the hallway to the the right when you enter
$48 for 6 classes ($8 per class) or $10 per class drop-in fee

About The Class:

All are welcome to this yoga class designed for individuals of all different ages, shapes and strengths. We will all work together to be mindful, playful and to work on some of your own challenges to develop strength, improve flexibility and release stresses, and tensions.

Mindful yoga is about our own intentions, own connections with our mind and body as part of self care. It is a part of our intentions to quiet the mind, focus on mind and body, in order to cultivate a deeper connection to and understanding of the self.

Please come and explore what this class is all about, we will move into each stretch to come into wonderful relaxed stretches which will serve your own health and well being.

To attend a session, print and fill out the Exercise Instruction and Release Form. Then bring the completed form and the class fee (cash or check made out to PARC) to the class. If you are unable to attend the entire session, please speak with Jiji. The walk-in fee is $10 a class. If you are unable to attend the entire session, then come when you can.
