Pilates

Pilates is the practice of Awareness and Observation. The breath and exercises teach grace and strength while encouraging the safe exploration of movement and thought. Regular practice reduces stress, improves motion, enhances alignment, and focuses the intention to live well. This class has space for all fitness abilities as it progresses carefully and wisely with attention to detail.
You will need to bring a yoga mat and/or beach towel. Please wear comfortable nonbinding clothing and plan on practicing in bare feet.
To attend a session first register online, then print and fill out the Exercise Instruction and Release Form, bring it and the class fee (cash or check made out to PARC if you do not register online). If you are unable to attend the entire session, register online and come when you can. The walk-in fee is $10 a class.
