Soulful Yoga

Session I - Tuesday Mornings: September 14 - October 12
Session II - Tuesday Mornings: October 19 - November 16

9:30am in the Student Life Center Room 503(Map of Campus)

$30 for 5 weeks or $10/class drop-in fee

Experience the practice of yoga in a prayerful way.  This yoga class will increase your strength, flexibility and balance while creating inner peace.  We will explore how prayer, breathing exercises and yoga postures combine to nourish the soul.  As the mind and body relax, your natural creativity surfaces, establishing a space of joy and receptivity to the Holy Spirit.  Come pray with your whole self.

You will need to bring a yoga mat and/or beach towel.  Please wear comfortable nonbinding clothing and plan on practicing in bare feet.

To attend a session first register online, then print and fill out the Exercise Instruction and Release Form, bring it and the class fee (cash or check made out to PARC).  If you are unable to attend the entire session, register online and come when you can.  The walk-in fee is $10 a class.
